Scheduling and Our Approach
We understand that, if possible, you would like to come in for appointments during after school hours. However, most of our patients are school-aged children or teens, and we are not able to see every patient during these hours. We reserve the after-school hours for quick adjustment appointments to ensure we can see the maximum number of patients possible. If you are scheduled for a visit that will take a longer time for us to complete, like putting on or taking off braces, delivering an appliance, or performing a new patient exam, we will have you come in during school hours. This ensures that your child will have the best possible experience and have the correct amount of attention devoted to them by our team and orthodontist. This also makes sure that when you come in for regular adjustment visits that we will have appointments for you.
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment. If you do not give us this notice, you will be charged a late fee of $20.
Feel free to call our office at 678-401-4321 if you have questions about our office policies or would like to schedule an appointment with Dr. Brenna Christensen at West Cobb Orthodontics in Kennesaw, Georgia.
